Pack Box Instructions - optional
Make one box per guest, but not an odd number of boxes.
Each pair of boxes should weigh the same when loaded and not to exceed 90lb. per box.
Shelves inside the box should be 10” apart and should be removable. Box can be made out of 3/8” or 1/2” plywood.
Use sheetrock screws and glue plywood. Paint or finish is optional.
A piece of carpet at least 16x20 centered and glued or stapled on the backside of the box keeps the packsaddles from wearing out and also protects the boxes.
File or sand over the corners of your box so they are not sharp.
Secure hinges on the left side of one box and the right side of another so doors will open easily when boxes are set side by side in your camp kitchen.
